You may also use the Withdrawal Form available in our Refund Policy.
Please note the following requirements:
✓ The item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
✓ The item has not been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way
✓ The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
✓ The original HAYRA Active tag is still attached to the product
2. SHIP YOUR ITEMS
Please pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as HAYRA Active cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

3. GET YOUR REFUND
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
