What HAYRA means.

The name HAYRA is inspired by the concept of Hayaa — an ancient Arabic word that carries the meaning of modesty, dignity and a deep, quiet self-respect. It is a value found across cultures, across faiths and across generations. The idea that how you present yourself matters. That covering your body is not a restriction — it is a choice. A powerful, personal, intentional choice.

Every item in the HAYRA ACTIVE collection starts with a single question: does this give the athlete full freedom to move, perform and compete — while offering the coverage they need to feel completely themselves?

Our shorts are cut to fall just above the knee. Our compression leggings extend to just below the knee — covering what needs to be covered without restricting stride, jump or sprint. Our muscle tops are performance-engineered for breathability and movement, without exposing more than the wearer is comfortable with. Every seam, every length, every fit has been considered with the modest athlete in mind.
